Scope of Services

Payroll Support

• Appointment letter provision and documentations like joining Kit contains Bank account opening, assignee handbook, Employee Form, PF Account opening etc.

• Statutory compliance - SAGRIC will ensure legal compliance as and where applicable and on a predetermined date, furnish appropriate challans.

• Attendance accumulation for salary computation.

• Preparation of Monthly/ Bi-annual/ Annual ESI Report

• Preparations of Monthly/ Bi-annual/ Annual PF Report

• Income Tax Computation, Issuance of Form-16 at the end of the FY

• Provide information regarding the staff requirements with skill set description

• Share the selection process; meet pre-screened employees to decide on final selection
